Employee Volunteering and Community Engagement

The Adani Group follows a structured employee volunteering approach steered by its “Guidelines on Employee Volunteering” policy. The policy provides a framework for planning and executing volunteering initiatives in alignment with community needs and the Group’s broader social development objectives.

Employee-Led Key Community Initiatives

During the year, employees actively participated in the following community development initiatives across locations:

  • Krishnapatnam: ‘Be a Farmer’ initiative on Kisan Diwas promoting farmer’s awareness on sustainable farming practices and assisting them with crop plantation activities.
  • Murud Janjira and Suvali: Beach cleanliness drive supporting environmental conservation and community awareness.
  • Dahej: First Aid Training campaign conducted across 13 Utthan Schools for students and staff on essential first aid practices.
