Actions Taken in FY 2025-26

  • Accelerated Integrated Transport Platform value proposition with expansion in multi-modal capabilities
  • APSEZ held successful Customer Meets at Chennai and Mumbai for dry cargo, containers and liquid cargo customers. Event witnessed 800+ footfall
  • Customer meets were organised for Logistic customers at ICD Tumb, Kishangarh and Malur
  • Commenced bunkering operations at Vizhinjam port, marking a key step towards establishing the port as a regional hub for bunkering services
  • Digital Gate (Digi Yatra for Container) went live at Gangavaram port giving enhanced visibility of containers handled by the port
  • Ground-breaking ceremony was held for a new warehouse facility in Kochi

Through strategic capacity additions, multimodal infrastructure, and high-quality execution, we are unlocking new opportunities and reinforcing our role in powering India’s growth story.

Actions Taken in FY 2025-26

  • Expanded capacity at Dhamra port
  • Construction underway for expansion at Dhamra (two additional berths), Vizhinjam (Phase 2), Mundra, Gangavaram and Hazira Ports
  • Increased the permissible draft at Karaikal port to 14.5 meters
  • ALL flagged-off of the first export block rake, in collaboration with Ocean Network Express (ONE), marking the commencement of EXIM operations at ICD Virochannagar

Way Forward

  • Enhancing capacities across domestic ports to handle 850 MMT by 2030
  • Expand Vizhinjam port capacity to 5.7 MTEUs by 2028

  • Digitalised Ocean Sparkle fleet through integrating a cloud-based vessel management system (SeaFlux) across the fleet
  • Established industry-relevant skill building centres at Mundra and Krishnapatnam
  • Operationalised Strategic Command Centre in marine operations for real-time tracking and enhanced operational control
  • Optimization modules put in the next gen TOS across to drive end to end operational excellence through higher productivity, improved asset utilization, reduced turnaround times
  • Implemented the Port Community System across Mundra, Dhamra, Gangavaram, and Krishnapatnam ports to digitize internal coordination and support efficient, uninterrupted cargo movement
