Trucking

APSEZ’s trucking business follows a balanced operating framework that optimises truck availability and maintains control over turnaround time. This approach serves a wide range of needs, from cost-sensitive movements to time-critical deliveries. The model uses both platform-based and captive fleets to maintain reliability and operational consistency. The flagship ‘Asset Right’ hybrid model balances operational control, cost efficiency and scalability. This model supports movement of both containerised and bulk cargo.

International Freight Network

The International Freight Network business extends APSEZ’s integrated logistics ecosystem. It delivers end-to-end solutions linking ports, ICDs, rail, trucking, warehousing and digital platforms into a unified service. Exporters, importers, manufacturers and project developers receive faster, predictable and transparent cargo movement through shore-to-door connectivity, a zero-touch digital interface, clear pricing and assured capacity. Partnerships with global shipping lines support competitive freight rates and space allocation, while project cargo capabilities serve renewables, infrastructure and heavy engineering.
