Stakeholder Engagement Highlights, FY 2025-26
Investor engagement

Investor Engagement

Maintained continuous dialogue with the investors throughout the year. A key highlight was the Logistics Investor Day in Tumb. The session provided a comprehensive overview of our world-class Integrated Transport Platform strategy, operational performance, capital allocation discipline, risk management, and sustainability integration across our ports and logistics ecosystem. The day focussed on:

  • Strategic initiatives to accelerate logistics business growth
  • Technology-enabled operational excellence
  • Sustainability rating and overall performance

The event deepened investor understanding of our priorities, and facilitated constructive dialogue on market outlook, capital efficiency, and resilience.

Supplier engagement

Supplier Engagement

Conducted to strengthen supplier partnerships through structured programs, including Project SETU, Suraksha Samvad and Sampark. Engagements focussed on:

  • Assessment of suppliers and disclosure of BRSR principles of our applicable suppliers
  • Safety training covering protocols, near-miss reporting, and site-specific risk controls
  • Standardisation of operating practices to align with APSEZ’s HSE norms and performance benchmarks

These initiatives underpin a culture of shared responsibility, reduce operational risk, and enhance performance across our supply network.

Customer engagement

Customer Engagement

Conducted a structured customer engagement initiative, Project SETU, to assess alignment with BRSR principles and support consistent, transparent disclosures among applicable customers.

We have dedicated Key Account Managers (KAMs) who serve as a single point of contact for major clients, ensuring personalised service and a deep understanding of their business needs.

These efforts are complemented by formal feedback mechanisms, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, which enable us to quantitatively track customer experience and drive continuous improvement.

Employee engagement

Employee Engagement

Reinforced a strong culture of transparency and collaboration through various initiatives conducted across the year, including:

  • Townhalls at business units and corporate offices to share updates on operational safety, productivity, ESG progress, and people initiatives
  • Feedback and Q&A forums with leadership team to encourage open communication and address employee concerns constructively
  • Training and skills development sessions

These engagements strengthen organisational alignment, enhance trust, and support capability building across the workforce.
